What is counselling?

Counselling or therapy (used interchangeably) is about providing you with a safe and supportive space for personal exploration into your thoughts, feelings, behaviours and relationships. It provides you with the opportunity to gain insights into your challenges, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth. Through open dialogue and expertise, counselling aims to facilitate healing and enhance life satisfaction.

What to expect at your session

  • Each counselling session lasts 50 minutes and is conducted in person (Cambridge central) or remotely, either over telephone or with video using Microsoft Teams.

  • The fee is £50.00. I do offer concessionary reduced rates on an individual basis so please do feel free to contact me to discuss this. 

  • After this, we can book regular sessions at a pace that works for you. There is no limit to the amount of counselling sessions you can have. Therapy is such a personal process driven by you.​
