My approach

I am a fully qualified and BACP accredited integrative therapist. This enables me to work with a variety of issues that you may be experiencing and co-creating an approach specific to you and your needs. This can mean working with your past, present or future using a range of therapeutic tools and techniques. Whilst I have additional training in working with trauma and sexual violence, I also have experience working with many issues, including low self-esteem, anxiety, relationship issues and more.

My background/training

I completed my MSc in Integrative Counselling at The University of Northampton back in 2019. Before that I'd completed a BSc in Psychology and Counselling. Since then I have worked in a range of settings, including Mind, the NHS and Betterhelp. I continue to work as a therapist at Cambridge Rape Crisis Centre where I've been for over 5 years. And The University of Cambridge alongside my private practice, where I run The Hope and Healing group, a therapeutic group for survivors of abuse and harassment.

Mission

I first got introduced to therapy back in my early teens

and found it to be a hugely transformative space. Since then I have a passionate interest in working with clients to offer them a space to feel seen and heard. A space for you to reflect on the challenges you have faced, and to not feel alone.
